It is the precision that has to be reached in the Haydock iterative calculation. In other words, convergence is achieved in the iterative process, once the relative difference between I (see ../docs/doc_BSS) and it's value at the preceeding iterative step, is lower than the treshold value. Strict means that convergence has to be reached for each frequency, Average means that an "average" treshold is taken into account
