The calculation of the exchange self-energy is relatively fast:
-when possible let this value equal to var_FFTGvecs.php
-when you need to change it, check carefully the convergence of the exchange self-energy matrix elements with this parameter (the exchange self-energy matrix element does not change monotonically with the number of plane-waves!)
