Input file verbosity level

From Version 2.0.0 yambo input files have a verbosity that is controlled by the -V command line option. The input file verbosity is, by default, 0 and corresponds to the verbosity of the basical, required variables. As an example consider the QP parameters controllers. They have verbosity 1. This means that to modify the QP corrections in a RPA run the user must use

% yambo -o c -V 1
otherwise they will not appear in the input file.

NB: You will not see all the variables in the input file with a 0 verbosity!!

For production runs let yambo decide which variables must be explicitly declared.
