This cluster that I'm going to compile yambo on has its own hdf5 and netcdf modules (and so many other modules). Which other modules should I be concerned to load to compile?

Dear Amir,
In order to avoid possible mismatch with the compiled library you can avoid to specify the path of the libraries. Yambo will download and compile the needed libraries. I think this is the safer solution to arrive to a working compilation. Next you can try to compile against the libraries present in your cluster.
Of course you will need to load the compilers module and mpi environment if needed.
Best,
Daniele
