INTERESTS:
I am a theoretical physicists working in the interface of materials science, condensed-matter physics and chemistry. My current research line deals with the optical and magnetic properties of novel 2D materials. I focus on the application of ab initio methods to study the properties of 2D materials, like graphene, boron nitride, transition metal dichalcogenides, ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic 2D materials, and 2D perovskites.
